Rates are approximate and can vary due to: additional stops, weather, wait time and traffic.
15-minute grace period on scheduled pickups. Wait time is billed at vehicle hourly rates in quarterly hour increments.  All reservations require a credit card at time of booking There will be a $600 cleaning charge if client is abusive to inside of vehicle such as but not limited to: Vomiting or spilling liquids inside of the vehicle.For the health and safety of our passengers and drivers all of our vehicles are non-smoking. No smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles and if smoking occurs, driver may reserve the right to cancel the trip without refund and a $600 smoking fee will be charged. You will incur the cost of the reservation if your plane diverts last minute or gets canceled last minute. Please call dispatch if you are having any issues with your flight or connections so that we can try to reschedule you. For example, when we schedule an airport pickup for you, we block off that car for you and have the driver and vehicle waiting for you at the airport. We cannot take any other reservations for the time the car and driver are blocked out for. If your driver and car are waiting at the airport for your plane to land and your plane cancels or diverts you will be charged in full for the reservation.  We are not responsible for delays due to accidents, adverse weather, road closures, or unsafe driving conditions.  

CHANGE/CANCEL POLICY: reservations canceled or changed at least 24 hours prior to departure will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles to keep schedules and accommodate delays. Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
